Within the Wijayakusuma Industrial Estate (KIW), there are five strategically located foodcourt areas to meet the needs of tenants, employees, and visitors. Each foodcourt offers a variety of culinary choices, ranging from local to international dishes, with clean, comfortable, and modern facilities. The presence of these foodcourts reflects KIW's commitment to creating a comfortable, productive, and highly supportive working environment for all industry players.

The KIW Transit Point is a designated area provided to support smooth logistics and goods distribution within the industrial estate. This facility functions as a rest area, parking, and entry-exit management for trucks to maintain orderly and efficient transportation flow. With an organized management system, the KIW Truck Transit Point helps reduce congestion in the industrial area while supporting the smooth operations of tenants.

To support the spiritual comfort of workers and visitors, KIW is equipped with a representative and comfortable mosque facility. This mosque is strategically located within the area, easily accessible to all tenants and employees. (Patrol Vehicles & Security) KIW provides patrol vehicles and a 24/7 security system to maintain a safe, orderly, and comfortable industrial environment.

KIW provides an ambulance service on standby to handle medical emergencies within the industrial estate. This facility is equipped with standard medical equipment and professional healthcare personnel ready to provide first aid and support rapid evacuation to the nearest hospital if necessary. The ambulance service is part of KIW’s commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of all tenants and workers in the industrial estate.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible environmental management, our industrial estate is equipped with an Integrated Waste Processing Facility (TPST). This facility is designed to handle non-hazardous solid waste from all tenants efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner.

With a well-organized system for sorting, processing, and transporting waste, our TPST helps minimize environmental impact while maintaining a clean and orderly industrial environment that complies with government regulations.

To enhance service quality and operational efficiency within the industrial estate, we provide the Tenant Apps – a dedicated digital platform designed to simplify communication and manage tenant-related needs in real time.

Through the app, tenants can easily:

• Track the status of their requests or reports

• Receive important notifications and area-wide announcements

• Access digital documents and billing information

As part of a structured and efficient area management system, we provide Electronic Gate / Pass Gate facilities that are used to record tenant vehicle traffic entering the area.

Every four-wheeled vehicle or more is required to tap once at the beginning using a digital access card (pass gate), which functions as an automatic registration system. This system helps management monitor the number of vehicles entering the area and supports operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, two-wheeled vehicles are given free access without the need to tap, in accordance with the applicable regulations in the area.
