Whistleblowing
To implement good corporate governance and to create clean and authoritative officials and employees of PT KIW, the Board of Directors issued concerning company policy regulating the Whistle Blowing System (WBS) Gratuity Control and the Establishment of a Gratuity Control Unit (UPG).
The WBS is a system that manages complaints/disclosures regarding unlawful behavior, unethical/improper acts confidentially, which is used to optimize the participation of employees and parties interested in PT KIW and Business Partners in uncovering violations that occur within PT KIW.
The reporter is defined as an employee/stakeholder, business partner of PT KIW, or other stakeholders. The reporter's identity is guaranteed to remain confidential by the company, and the company guarantees protection for the reporter from any form of threat, intimidation, punishment, or unpleasant actions from any party as long as the reporter keeps the reported case confidential.
