Code of Conduct
As a company committed to implementing and enforcing, as well as obligated to apply the principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness, it is necessary to have a Business Ethics and Code of Conduct that serves as an operational guideline to create harmonious working relationships vertically between Top Management and employees, horizontally among employees at all levels, and between the Company and its employees, which is a primary requirement to be fulfilled. The Code of Conduct contains the ethical behavior values for all members of PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma to support the achievement of the Company’s vision, mission, goals, and strategies, by building a work culture that maintains a professional, honest, open, caring, and responsive working environment toward every activity of PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma and the interests of its stakeholders.

Following the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: KEP-117/M-MBU/2002 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), SOEs are required to consistently apply GCG or use GCG as the foundation of their operations. Accordingly, management has established a Corporate Governance Guideline or Code of Corporate Governance. One of the guidelines for PT KIW to realize its vision and mission is the Corporate Governance Principle, commonly known as Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The consistent implementation of GCG is expected to drive business growth, enhance accountability, and realize long-term shareholder value without neglecting the interests of other stakeholders, ultimately providing the Company with greater value to sustain itself amid increasingly competitive business environments. Therefore, the Company has developed a Guideline regulating Corporate Governance, also known as the Code of Corporate Governance (COCG). This guideline cannot be effectively implemented without active participation from each organizational unit of the company to execute and comply with each rule according to their respective roles. The COCG will be reviewed and updated periodically in line with the Company’s dynamic and evolving business activities. With the enactment of this Corporate Governance Guideline within PT KIW, it is expected to motivate the company’s organs to become a high-performing company with a strong reputation among the community and stakeholders.
